WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
Prime Residential Movers has offices located in Gainesville, FL and Orlando, FL. We serve All of Central and North Central Florida. However, Our moving team serves the entire state of Florida and beyond.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?
While we are often available for last minute moves, It’s best to book your move as far early in advance as you can.
IS THERE A MINIMUM CHARGE FOR THE MOVE?
Yes! There is a 3 hour minimum on all full moving services and a 2 hour minimum on Labor-only services.
ARE YOU LICENSED & INSURED?
Yes! We are a fully licensed and insured Moving company.

DO YOU LOAD OR UNLOAD RENTAL TRUCKS?
Yes! We offer labor-only services. Whether it’s loading or unloading your rental truck/POD, or just helping you with moving furniture around the house.
DO YOU DISASSEMBLE AND REASSEMBLE BEDS?
Yes! We disassemble and reassemble all standard beds and other furniture as needed for safe transit.
DO I NEED TO EMPTY MY DRESSERS?
No! as long as there are no fragile or super heavy items in your dresser, our team members will safely wrap it and move it effortlessly.
CAN YOU TAKE DOWN /HANG ARTWORK & TV’s?
We can generally remove artwork and Tv’s at the move -out location. However, we cannot create holes in the wall to hang Artwork and TVs.
WHAT SIZE IS YOUR TRUCK?
Depending on the size of your move, we use 15' to 26' box trucks.
DO YOU PROVIDE FIXED RATES?
Yes! We offer fixes rates for larger or long distance moves
WHEN DOES MY HOURLY TIME START?
The clock starts once the movers arrive at your home and starts working. The clock stops once the move is completed.
HOW MANY MOVERS DO YOU PROVIDE?
Generally, most moves usually require 2 to 3 movers. However, some larger moves may require 4 to 6 movers.
CAN YOU MOVE BOXES WITH NO LIDS ON THEM?
We strongly recommend that all boxes are covered and taped to insure safety of your items..
DO YOU PROTECT MY FURNITURE WHEN YOU MOVE IT?
Yes! All of your items will be protected using furniture pads, and shrink wrap will be used as needed for extra protection. Don't worry, your stuff is safe with us.
DO YOU MOVE IN THE RAIN? IF SO, HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY ITEMS?
Yes, we move in all "non severe" weather conditions. Your items will be covered with moving pads and shrink wrap as they exit your home, and wiped dry as they enter the truck or your new home. If the weather gets too severe, we will stop the clock once our team members can no longer work safely.Then, start the clock again once the weather permits.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY SERVICE?
Yes! We offer same day service based on the size and location of the move.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or cashiers checks.
DO YOU MOVE PIANOS?
Yes! Prime Residential Movers can move Grand Pianos, Baby Grand pianos, upright (spinet) or console pianos. We also move large safes.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We also offer junk removal and furniture delivery services for existing clients
WHAT DON'T YOU MOVE?
We do not move chandeliers, fine wines Ammunition, firearms, cars, pets, and hazardous items such as explosive, flammable or corrosive. Please contact our office at (833) 255-9990 for more information.
